1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the N99 Game platform — whether through the website at n99game.pro, the Android APK, the Progressive Web App (PWA), or any other means by which we make our services available — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users and anyone who interacts with the platform in any capacity. Your continued use of N99 Game after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility

To register and use N99 Game, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. N99 Game does not permit use by anyone under the age of 18, without exception.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register as players.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an N99 Game employee, unless express written permission has been granted by N99 Game management.

N99 Game reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may register only one account on N99 Game. Opening multiple accounts — including accounts under different names, phone numbers, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances may be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. This includes your full name, date of birth, valid contact number and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information current. N99 Game is not liable for issues arising from outdated or inaccurate account details.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. N99 Game will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

N99 Game reserves the right to verify the identity of any player at any time, including during the withdrawal process. This may involve requesting a copy of a valid CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of the payment method used for deposits. This process exists to protect players and to maintain the integrity of the platform.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on N99 Game are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, standard bank transfer and debit or credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider. N99 Game does not control the processing times of third-party payment services. If a deposit does not appear in your account within a reasonable timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed any applicable identity verification requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to a payment method that was previously used for a successful deposit, or to a verified account in your name.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before those funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposits are not subject to wagering requirements unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
• N99 Game reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by the platform's risk systems. This may cause a short delay to processing.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.

N99 Game does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Players are responsible for checking applicable fees with their payment provider.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

General bonus conditions that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account balance or bonus wallet as specified in the promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the timeframe stated on the promotion. Bonuses that expire before wagering is complete will be removed from your account along with any winnings derived from them.
• Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Opting into a new promotion while another is active may result in the earlier bonus being forfeited.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied.
• N99 Game reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that any ongoing wagering requirements already in progress for an active player bonus will be honoured through to completion.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome offers, hedging bets across markets to artificially meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotions — will have bonuses forfeited and may face permanent account suspension.

6. Gameplay Rules

N99 Game provides access to a range of game categories including slots, fish games, live casino tables, table games and sports betting. Each category and individual game title may carry its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant section page.

For sports betting, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Odds are subject to change up until the moment a bet is placed — particularly in live or in-play markets.
• In-play bets on cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan tournaments — are subject to the platform's live betting rules, which account for the natural delay between real-world events and data feed updates.
• N99 Game reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where an obvious pricing error occurred, where the outcome was already known at the time of the bet, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity.
• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. Winnings from settled bets are credited to your account balance promptly after event conclusion.

For casino and slot games, all outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software. N99 Game does not manipulate game outcomes. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for individual games are provided by the game developer and are available on request.

Technical failures during a game session — such as a disconnection mid-spin or during a live casino hand — are handled according to the individual game provider's rules. In most cases, an interrupted session is resumed from the point of disconnection. If this is not possible, the bet is returned to your balance. 7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on N99 Game. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or any subsequent verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts or any automated tools to interact with games or sports betting markets.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage through coordinated play, collusion or any form of cheating.
• Placing bets with knowledge of non-public information that provides an unfair advantage (commonly referred to as insider betting).
• Using the platform for any activity that violates applicable laws, including money laundering, fraud or any financial crime.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, exploit or otherwise tamper with the platform's systems, software or security measures.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Allowing a third party to access or use your account.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that have been obtained fraudulently.

N99 Game employs active monitoring systems to detect unusual patterns of play, irregular transaction behaviour and other indicators of prohibited activity. If our systems flag an account, it may be subject to a temporary hold while the activity is reviewed by our security team.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

N99 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive or unlawful activity.
• Detection of prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements that necessitate account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any bonus balances will be forfeited. Real-money balances that were deposited legitimately will be returned to the player via their original payment method after any required security review is complete, provided no fraudulent activity is identified.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, N99 Game shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings or inability to place bets due to technical failures, service interruptions or system errors — except where directly caused by proven platform negligence.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other matter where exclusion of liability is not permitted under applicable law.
